Artist's Statement

to mark time through an act of painting
to experience space through location of mark and color
to delve into the void and find a pool of memory
enjoy the physical, body empathy through the application of
the paint, its density and transparency – blocking and flowing
to reveal and obstruct, mine the void as a world of possibility
